The ACE Empower Academy project consists of 14 classrooms and 5 specialty rooms including a multi-purpose and administration building. The new Multi-Purpose building gives the students and staff a permanent place to gather for lunch, events, assemblies, and presentations.  Situated adjacent to the existing campus servery, it allows for direct access for food distribution to students and guests.  High ceiling space with pitched roof and clerestory windows give the room an open feel, as do the trio of vertical-lift garage doors positioned along the front façade that face out to the existing central courtyard.  Separating the building from the central courtyard, a new portico extends out the length of the building to provide outdoor shaded gathering space while allowing for the courtyard to remain open for activities and foot traffic.
