Rose Window 
• This blown glass sculpture is set in a round clerestory window located at the classroom buildings main entrance
• The “Rose Window” was inspired by the Rose Garden located across the street from Trace Elementary

Hanging Roses
• This blown glass sculpture hangs in the two-story main entrance of the classroom building
• It features multiple glass “roses” at different sizes and colors, hung from a steel frame at different lengths

Light Medallion
• A series of custom “rose medallion” exterior light fixtures
• Artist: Bill Gould

Concrete Flooring
• Accented by a decorative “rose” design

• Created using tennis balls, paint brushes & concrete stain

Cable Woven Trellis
• Triangular overhang strung with a steel cable lattice is set above the courtyard

Decorative Railing
• Decorative railing system using waterjet-cut metal panels with wire “flowers” and a steel cable “sunrise” motif

Nature’s Bounty
• Artists: Bill Gould, Glen Rogers, Marylea Adams, Trace Students & Teachers
• This tile project accents the planter box seating at Trace Elementary
• Seven biomes are represented in the painted images created by students and teachers: Colonial Garden, California Regional, Flower Garden, Wildflower, Redwood, Yucca, and California Black Oak
• The color-coded tiles are interspersed with a running vine motif that unifies the design
• This project was sponsored by the Trace Home and School Club as a way to involve the students in a campus beautification project
